Description:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Maintain concrete block forms and related equipment.
• Use good judgment regarding work site access and equipment operation. 
• Maintain customer relations by acting in a professional, courteous manner.
• Perform all tasks with safety in mind.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned, such as maintaining the grounds around our plant.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Regularly lift objects up to 50 lbs. 
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders, reach, squat, push, and pull objects.
• Ability to use various hand tools. 
• Ability to tolerate working outdoors in all temperatures and weather.
