Want to get your CDL and get paid while you’re training?  

Have you wanted to get a CDL but couldn’t afford to go to a driving school, or didn’t have a vehicle in which to test? Midwest Concrete Materials, Inc. is looking for full-time drivers in our ready mixed concrete division located in Lawrence, KS.  We will train you how to operate a concrete mixer truck, pay you while training at $17/hr, and provide the truck for taking your CDL exam.  If you successfully complete the training and pass the CDL exam we will transition you into a full-time driver and raise your wage.  Several positions are open at this time and training can begin once a complete application is submitted, you have a CDL driving permit, successfully pass the interview process, background check completed, you can pass a physical capacity profile test, and DOT drug screen.
